All our mixes are between 14 and 15.2 ounces (between 400 – 430 grams) which is around 14 servings. This is because of the different sizes, weights and densities of all the wonderful ingredients packed in your personal mix – and our fresh, made-to-order mixes.

Q: How do I  earn Points?

Q: Are your products Organic?

A: Where possible we provide organic products that come from the finest sources. All products are all-natural products.

Q: What about Fair Trade items?

A: We believe in Fair Trade, and do our best to source our products from suppliers who provide them.

Q: Where do all the ingredients come from?

A: We have looked at hundreds of suppliers and taste tested vast amounts of the products and believe we have chosen the absolute best. And if we haven’t, we want to hear from you!

Your order is hand-packed in the cool Pacific Northwest, and you can rest assured that every package that goes out of our packing facility is weighed, inspected and approved by our nut-packers.

Q: How does the nutritional calculator work?

A. Because serving sizes vary so much, we have used a standard 1 ounce (28.35 grams) as our base line for all our products. This may be off in some instances, but as in the case of our goodies, different manufacturers measurements and ingredients differ, so please don’t use the calculator as the definitive guide. It is there strictly for general information.

When you roll your mouse over the nutritional information link, you will see a popup that gives you the info. Plus the nutritional calculator in the shopping cart is dynamic, and updates as you add ingredients. This label will be attached to your own mix. How cool is that?

Q: Are your products allergy free?

A: We know that some people may be very sensitive to even minor traces of an allergen, including nuts, soy, milk, wheat, and eggs. While we do our best to accommodate our customers’ special requests, we cannot guarantee with 100% confidence that your product will be free of allergens. Please be aware that In The Mix products on the mymixednuts.com site may contain traces of allergens, either from a manufacturing facility or from cross-contact during preparation.

Q: What’s the sell by date on my mix?

A: The expiration date depends on the ingredients you choose for your mix, but it will never expire before three months from the date of shipment.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: We will refund the purchase price of your order if you are not 100-percent satisfied with our products (shipping will not be refunded). Refund inquiries must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

Q: Are your Products Vegan?

A: Most of our nuts and seeds and dried fruits are vegan friendly, but most of our goodies are not with the exception of our jolly beans and gummy bears.

Q: Are your Products Kosher?

A: A number of products we purchase are Kosher certified. However, our packing facility is not Kosher Certified.

Q: How many ingredients do people usually put in their mix?

A: Each order is different – some like a huge variety of flavors and textures and others just a few. Each item is added in one ounce (approx. 28.3 grams) increments. Things like coconut are fluffy and you really only need an ounce, and the chocolate chips are so rich, two ounces are generally enough, unless you are a complete chocoholic.

Q: Do you have gift certificates?

A: You bet! Look in the gift basket section and you can order a certificate in $5 increments. You will enter all the pertinent info and be able to download a .pdf with a unique code your recipient can use to order from the site.

Q: How can I re-order a mix that I have ordered before?

A: One of the benefits of being a bonafide Nut Case in our nutty community is that all your orders are saved and available through your own member page. You can pull the order up and resubmit to get the same mix that you love.

Q: What payment methods do you offer?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card) and PayPal. Mymixednuts is a verified authorize.net merchant and uses GoDaddy SSL technology to ensure all of your credit card details are handled securely.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: You can choose either Fedex or the USPS. We recommend Priority Mail or Fedex 2 day, especially in the summer and if you have chocolatey things in your mixes. The difference in shipping between 1 and 3-4 bags is really quite small so you might want to consider splurging on more than one bag at a time.

Q: When will I get my stuff?

A: We do our best to mix, pack and ship all of our orders within 48 hours of receipt of an order. Fedex and USPS priority and 2 day normally take 2-6 business days to arrive at the recipient's address. If you want expedited shipping, choose express or overnight. Questions? Q: Do you ship to APO addresses?

A: Yes. Orders will be shipped via USPS and there could be additional shipping charges. Contact us at sales@mymixednuts.com.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Not usually. But if you are willing to pay the international shipping charges please email us at sales@mymixednuts.com with your order details and shipping address.

Q: Do you offer Special Rates for Corporate Orders?
